GOL Linhas Aéreas’ announces two new flights to Orlando and Miami.
The Brazilian carrier will fly from Brasilia and Fortaleza to the Floridian cities.
“GOL‘s route to Miami and Orlando was drawn considering customers from all regions of the country,” according to a company press release. “Together, Brasilia and Fortaleza – a new hub in the northeast region of the country — offer a total of 30 destinations, allowing quick and efficient connections, with a flight time average of 60 minutes. Customers may board at airports such as Congonhas in São Paulo and Santos Dumont in Rio de Janeiro, for instance, and quickly connect in Brasilia to fly to Florida.”
Brazilians travelling to Orlando come second to Canadians in terms of number of foreign visitors, according to 2015 Orlando tourism figures.
