Eduardo Eurnekian is passing the torch of his company Corporaçion America to his nephew Martin, and also issuing and IPO within the next few weeks.
The company, which manages 51 airports worldwide (with a large majority in Argentina), is reportedly prepared to sell up to US $750 million in shares.
The Argentine told local media he will step away from the airport business, but explore other business opportunities. His nephew Martin Eurnekian will take over operation of the company.
It’s reported Corporación América Airports S.A. generated $1.5 billion in revenue in 2017 and $60.6 million in net income.
