Attenza Duty Free has won a 10-year consumer electronics concession for T1 and T2 at Tocumen International Airport.

In line with its strategy to further expand its presence in the regional travel retail business, Attenza Duty Free will operate 554 square metres of consumer electronics multi-brand stores.

Two of the new spaces will be in the actual T1 and expected to be opened by the end of 2018; and two other spaces will be in the new T2. This new terminal will give Tocumen International Airport the capability to handle 25 million passengers a year and is scheduled to open in the first semester of 2019.

The new Attenza Duty Free store will offer a wide variety of the best-known brands of consumer electronic products, says the company.

Attenza Duty Free is owned and operated by Motta Internacional.

Attenza Duty Free recently opened a renovated store in T1 of traditional duty free and will add 1,425 square meters of new spaces in the new T2 in 2019.
